BARGARH: The district-level ‘Udyami Odisha’ MSME Program – 2026 was successfully organized here under the joint auspices of the Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of Odisha, and the District Industries Centre (DIC), Bargarh.
The mega fair, currently underway at the Regulated Market Committee (RMC) premises in Bargarh, is scheduled to continue until the 1st of next month. The event aims to provide comprehensive guidance to budding and young local entrepreneurs, empowering them to become self-reliant and drive growth in the MSME sector.


On the second day of the program, internationally acclaimed trainer Jay Prakash Satapathy attended as the key speaker. He imparted detailed training to the participating students and local business owners arriving from various parts of Bargarh district, emphasizing the core skills and essentials required to establish successful enterprises.
Several notable dignitaries shared the dais during the session, including Sushama Karali (Managing Director, District Industries Centre), Gyanendra Kumar Behera (Assistant Officer), Harman Singh (Head of the Commerce Department, Khariar College), and Babula Swain (EDP Trainer).
The event was smoothly managed by AIO Prabhas Ranjan Pradhan and coordinated efficiently by Lijilmayee Majhi, IPO of the Bargarh Industries Centre.
