A Students Counselling Program was successfully organized at VISW on 27th September 2026. The session was conducted by Mr. Jay Prakash Satpathy, a renowned soft skills trainer, author, and Marketing Manager of the esteemed daily newspaper Sambad.
Addressing students from Classes V to X, Mr. Satpathy emphasized the essential role of soft skills in achieving personal and professional success. He engaged the audience through dynamic storytelling and real-life examples, highlighting how self-employed individuals and skilled professionals build prosperous careers. His practical insights inspired students to cultivate core competencies alongside academic learning. He also spoke on Discipline, control of mind, use the opportunity provided by honourable Chairman sir and be thankful for him. He encouraged the students to opt any one skill ,be it soft or hard and return something valuable to the society.
The event took place in the presence of Campus Manager Mr. Jagannadhrao and concluded on an encouraging note, leaving a lasting impression on the young minds.
