Bargarh: Dr. Shakti and Dr. Ipsita Skin-Fertility Institute have been inaugurated near Bhatli Street. Prof. Dr. Gangadhar Sahu inaugurated it as the chief guest. Among others, Prof. Dr. Sindhunandini Tripathi, Dr. Manu Patnaik were prominently present and more than 200 lecturers and doctors were represented from different parts of the state.
